You provide a name, contact number, email address and billing address. That is everything we need. There is no account to create and no password to remember.
Payment
Card details are handled by the payment processor, never stored on our servers and never visible to our team beyond the card brand and last four digits.
Shipping timelines
US orders typically arrive in 10-18 business days. International orders vary by destination. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Packaging
Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of contents.
After delivery
Once an order is marked delivered, the personal details attached to it are permanently deleted from our system. Nothing is sold, rented or shared at any point.
