Information we receive

When you place an order, we collect the name, email address, contact number, billing and delivery details, order items and any notes or optional checkout fields you provide. The checkout form automatically saves details as you type, both on your device and as a saved draft on our system. If you contact us, we save your inquiry and any details you include. Support chat messages are saved so our team can review the conversation. Account sign-in information and basic site-usage information may also be processed to provide the service.

How we use it

We use these details to process and track orders, contact you about payment and delivery, answer inquiries, manage customer support and operate the website. Authorized staff can view orders, unfinished checkout drafts, inquiries and support conversations in the admin area. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment information

Card numbers, security codes and expiry dates are not collected on our checkout form. After you place an order, our team contacts you with payment instructions. Do not include payment-card details in checkout notes, emails, contact forms or support chats.

Sharing and service providers

Information needed to deliver your order may be shared with delivery carriers and services that help operate the store, communicate with you or arrange payment. We do not share customer information for third-party marketing. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Orders and saved checkout drafts are stored on our system; they are not automatically deleted when an order is marked delivered. Authorized administrators can remove order records and unfinished drafts. We retain information for as long as needed to handle an order, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. If you would like access to, correction of or deletion of your details, email support@ecarepharma.com. We will review your request and explain if any information must be retained for legal or operational reasons.
