Shipping charges

Shipping is $15 for orders below $199. Orders with a product subtotal of $199 or more qualify for free shipping. Your checkout summary shows the shipping charge and total before you place an order. Prices are in US dollars.

Where we ship

MediExpresss serves customers in the United States and offers international shipping. Delivery of a particular product depends on its availability and whether it may be shipped to your destination. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your location or a product.

Dispatch and delivery

An order is received for review when you place it. Payment is arranged separately after the order is submitted; placing an order does not mean it has been paid or dispatched. We will communicate the next steps and any available dispatch information. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing and local conditions; an estimated date is not a guarantee.

Tracking and packaging

When a tracking number is available, you can check your order using its number and the email address used at checkout on our Track Order page. We aim to use discreet packaging. If a tracking number is not yet shown, the order may not have been dispatched.

International customs and restrictions

Cross-border shipments may be inspected, delayed or refused by customs. Import duties, taxes and local charges, if any, are not included in our shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility. Check your destination’s rules for the products you intend to order, including any prescription or import requirements, before placing an order.

Delivery problems

If the parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address, contact support@ecarepharma.com with your order number. We will review the circumstances and explain the available options under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please verify your address at checkout; an incorrect or incomplete address can delay delivery.
